LATP training programs resumed in March 2014 with our first group of Rebar workers. Of the 19 graduates of this program, 16 have been hired by AGF at Muskrat Falls. All 13 graduates of our Tower Steel Assembler program have been hired by Vallard and are helping build the transmission towers. Many of the 13 graduates from our spring offering of Construction Craft, are already employed. We have just completed the second offering of Construction Craft that included 16 students from Nain and Hopedale. Our 20 Commercial Truck Drivers will graduate today. A second Rebar training with 20 students will finish in August and our Scaffolding program with 15 students will end in September. More training is planned for delivery over the next few months and we look forward to assisting our learners as they transition into employment.
